Well, if you’re here, I’m guessing you want to know more about me! Cool! First of all, let me introduce myself better: Hi! I’m Mariana, a Brazilian designer, and I’ve been working as a designer since 2013 (Uff, so long!). On my journey, I’ve had the pleasure of working on a wide range of projects, from crafting delightful email marketing campaigns at FlowCandy to juggling tons of clients at YouShallThrive. I had an amazing freelance journey that took me across different industries (and countries!), where I learned a lot about remote work and fell in love with it. Thanks to that experience, I’m now able to work at an amazing company from the UK, Underground Ecom!

But let’s go back a bit in time so I can talk a little bit about one of my dearest experiences: working in the cultural scene here in Brazil. I had the amazing opportunity to first work with We Can Fly, developing stunning print designs for one of the biggest cultural centers in Brazil, SESC. I even worked closely with the Olympic Committee to create an awesome exhibition at one of SESC’s units during Rio 2016! Not long after, I worked at the cultural center, CCBB, in their marketing and design division. It was a lifetime opportunity that not only helped me grow in digital and print design but also gave me the chance to be close to amazing artists and their works.

Of course, my time at Ópera Propaganda (DTO) and Navigators gave me a solid foundation in project management and digital advertising. All of that truly helps me keep exploring my creativity and never have a boring day. Even after all these years, it’s still a joy to see so many ideas and concepts come to life with a touch of my design magic!
